4. Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery details.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of food products, cancellations may not be possible once preparation has started.

• Refunds are provided if products are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (e.g., photographs).
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our food is prepared in a home kitchen environment where allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten and other ingredients may be present. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free. Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies before placing an order.

We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur.
