1. UK-Wide Postal Delivery

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom via trusted postal and courier services.

• A minimum order value of £50 applies for UK-wide postal delivery of food items.
• Delivery and packaging charges will apply and will be communicated at the time of ordering.
• Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been received.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance and location.

2. Ghee Nationwide Delivery

Our homemade authentic ghee can be ordered as a standalone product and delivered across the UK.

• No minimum food order is required when ordering ghee only.
• Delivery charges apply.
• We take care to package ghee securely for postal delivery.

3. Local Delivery

We also offer local delivery in selected areas.

• Local delivery may be free subject to a minimum order value.
• Eligibility for free local delivery will be confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery time slots will be agreed in advance.

4. Perishable Food Responsibility

Our meals are freshly prepared and perishable. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive delivery.

• We are not responsible for spoilage if delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability.
• Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage and refrigeration transfers to the customer.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery and packaging charges vary depending on order size, weight, and destination. All applicable charges will be confirmed before order finalisation.

6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We are not liable for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to the customer upon successful delivery. We are not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.
